Terms of Service
Effective August 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DropRadar AI ("DropRadar," "we," "us"), a product of Soniya-AI. By creating an account or using DropRadar, you agree to these Terms.
1. What DropRadar Is
DropRadar helps online sellers research products, score opportunities, generate ad copy, and publish shareable store pages. It is a research and productivity tool - it does not process payments, hold inventory, or act as a merchant of record on your behalf.
2. Accounts and Teams
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- An account Owner or Admin may invite teammates and assign roles (Admin, Manager, Viewer) that control what each person can see and do within that account.
- You're responsible for the actions taken by anyone you invite to your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use DropRadar for anything illegal, or to sell illegal or prohibited goods.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access other accounts' data.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to DropRadar itself.
- Use the platform to send spam or abuse the public store page / lead capture features.
4. Falcon Scores and AI-Generated Content
Falcon's opportunity scores, recommendations, and trend alerts are generated from the data available to us at the time - your own inputs, supplier data, and third-party trend data - and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, or business advice, and we don't guarantee that any product will be profitable. AI-generated ad copy and store descriptions are a starting point - review them before you publish or run ads with them, since we can't guarantee they're free of errors.
5. Third-Party Data
Some features (trend data, supplier product listings) depend on third-party services we don't control. We do our best to keep these reliable, but we don't guarantee their accuracy, availability, or completeness, and DropRadar may temporarily lose a feature if a third-party service is down.
6. Your Content, Our Platform
You own the product and business data you put into DropRadar. We need a license to store, process, and display it back to you (and to shoppers, for anything you choose to publish) in order to provide the service - nothing more. DropRadar's own software, design, and branding remain ours.
7. Fees
DropRadar does not currently charge any fees. If we introduce paid plans in the future, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you clearly before anything is charged, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.
8. Termination
You may stop using DropRadar and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
DropRadar is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any product it surfaces will sell or be profitable.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soniya-AI and DropRadar are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
12. Changes to These Terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let account holders know directly.
